“三早一贯通”本科护理人才培养模式的创建与实践 被引量:4

Creating and practice of the "Three-earliness, One-penetrating" talent cultivating model for baccalaureate nursing education

摘要 为了适应现代医学发展和国家医疗体制改革对高等护理人才的需求,紧跟高等护理教育前沿及发展趋势,近年来,第四军医大学护理学院围绕培养护理专家、健康专家、心理专家、管理专家、教育专家、研究专家等“六家”高级护士的目标,创建和实践了“三早一贯通”本科护理人才培养模式,即早期接触护理专业、早期接触临床、早期接触科研、人文素质培养全程贯通.同时,设计和实施了“护理学专业培养与实践教学改革工程”、“护理学专业本科生创新思维与科研能力培养工程”、“护理学专业本科生人文素养系统培养工程”和“护理学专业本科教学管理评价机制创新工程”等,以4项工程建设策略推进护理学人才培养模式的实践,取得了较为显著的成效. To adapt to the needs for nurses of modern medical development and medical system reform in China,we are keeping in step with the development trend of higher nursing education.In recent years,around the developing "six expert" goal of nursing expert,health expert,psychology expert,management expert,education expert and research expert,nursing school of the fourth military medical university has had created and practiced the "Three-earliness,One-penetrating" talent cultivating model for baccalaureate nursing education.The model means studying nursing courses early,clinical practice early,taking part in research early and penetrating humanistic quality education.We also designed four projects that are project of nursing specialized training and practical education reform,training of innovative thinking and research ability,humanities quality education,and the new appraisal mechanism of teaching management for nursing undergraduates students.Obvious effect about nursing talent training has been obtained under the guidance of the four projects.
