摘要
目的 探讨基于团队学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学方法在预防医学职业卫生教学中的应用情况.方法 以北京大学2008级七年制预防医学专业48名学生为研究对象,学生分为4个团队,以团队为核心,在职业卫生相关教学单元中采用TBL教学方法,并在学习后对这些学生进行问卷调查,以了解TBL教学效果.结果 TBL教学方法能够充分调动学生学习的自主性和积极性,活跃课堂气氛,增强学生人际交往的能力以及团队协作的能力.结论 TBL教学方法是适合于现代职业卫生教学行之有效的方法.
Objective To explore the application of team-based learning in occupational health study.Methods 48 undergraduate students of grade 2008 of the school of public health were divided into 4 groups randomly.TBL mode was used in the occupational health teaching within these teams.Then we surveyed the students with questionnaires about the effects of TBL method.Results The TBL method can active the atmosphere in class and students learned things more proactively.In addition,students improved their teamwork ability as well as the ability of communication with other people.Conclusions TBL method is an effective teaching method and can be used in occupational health teaching.
