摘要
医学专业是一门应用性、实践性很强的学科,临床操作能力在医学人才知识结构中具有重要地位,临床教学实践环节是实现医学生培养目标的关键阶段.然而,目前严峻的就业形势,使得医学院校应届毕业生在实习期间,还要面临考研、就业等压力.解决考研、就业对临床实习的影响,既需要学校、实习教学医院加强引导和管理,也需要毕业生提高认识和转变观念.
Medicine is one of the subjects with the features of strong applicability and practice.The clinical operational skill plays an important part in the knowledge structure of the medical talents,and the clinical teaching practice is the critical stage for the realization of the training objective of the medical students.But the present grave employment situation makes the medical college graduates have to be faced with such pressures as preparing for master entrance examination and finding jobs during their clinical practice.To solve such problems,not only should colleges and teaching hospitals enhance the guidance and the management,but also the graduates should improve their awareness and change their idear.
