医学检验技术专业学生操作技能培养研究与实践

Research and practice on operating skills training of medical laboratory specialty students

为了培养医学检验技术专业学生技术操作的严谨性、规范性、准确性,提高他们的操作能力,采用授课过程中的技能强化训练、课程结束时的技能考核、实习前的技能比武、实习中的专项技能考核、毕业时的综合技能考核等措施,取得了显著效果,极大地提高了学生的操作能力.

In order to cultivate students＇ prudence,standardization and accuracy in technical operation,and enhance their operation ability,some steps,such as reinforcing skills＇ training and inspection at the normal teaching,carrying out skills contest and professional skill inspection before graduation practice,and holding graduation comprehensive skills inspection,were designed and implemented in this study.Results showed that those steps could improve the students＇operation ability effectively.
