北京大学医学部八年制医学生预防医学期末考试试卷分析

Analysis on the final test papers of preventive medicine for eight-year program medical students from Peking University Health Science Center

目的 为了评价试卷成绩是否科学合理地反映考生水平,为今后更合理、更科学的命题提供依据.方法 运用教育测量学的原理和方法,对2012年北京大学医学部八年制医学生预防医学考试试卷进行分析,对学生的考试成绩进行处理,分析试卷及试题质量.结果 本次考试学生的平均成绩为72.4分,标准差为10.3,呈正态分布.试卷平均难度、区分度和信度分别为0.73、0.23和0.79.结论 本次考试试卷难度适中,区分度尚可,考试成绩可靠,比较全面、客观地反映了学生对预防医学课程内容的掌握程度.

Objective To learn the overall results of the examination papers on preventive medicine of eight-year program medical students of public health of Peking University Health Science Center in 2012,and to help make out questions for an examination more reasonably and scientifically.Methods The examination papers quality and exam results were analyzed by applying education measurement.Results The students＇ scores showed a normal distribution.The mean score of the exam is 72.4 with a standard deviation of 10.3.The reliability,the item difficulty and the discrimination index is 0.73,0.23 and 0.79,respectively.Conclusions The difficulty of the exam paper is appropriate,the discrimination of examination question is significant,and the test record is reliable.The results of the examination were shown to accurately reflect the knowledge and ability of the students who took the examination.
