云南35份茶树良种生化成分多样性分析 被引量:24

摘要 对云南省35份茶树良种的主要生化成分(茶多酚、氨基酸、水浸出物、可溶性糖、咖啡碱、儿茶素等)的含量进行测定,并以获得的测定结果为基础,进行了主成分分析和聚类分析.结果表明:主成分分析得到4个主成分,且4个主成分的累计贡献率达到了83.77%;通过聚类分析,可将35个茶树良种分为A、B两个类群,A、B两个类群除氨基酸含量、酚氨比、EGC含有率和儿茶素指数之间存在显著性差异外,其余生化成分含量或含有率均相对一致.氨基酸含量大于2.0%的资源都聚类在A类群中,结合云南茶树资源的生化特点,认为A类群中的大部分为红、绿茶兼制的品种,B类群为适制红茶的品种. Biochemical components, including polyphenols, amino acids, water extracts, soluble sugars, caffeine and catechins, were analyzed in 35 tea germplasms of Yunnan province and, based on the results, principal component analysis and clustering analysis were made. A total of 4 principal components were i dentified, which represented 83.77% of the biochemical components. Clustering analysis divided the 35 tea germplasms into two groups (A and B), which were significantly different in amino acid contents, rati- o of polyphenols/amino acids, EGC (epigallocatechin) percentage content and CQI, and relatively similar in the contents and percentage contents of the other biochemical components. All the tea germplasms whose amino acid contents were 〉2% were clustered into Group A. Taking into consideration the bio- chemical characteristics of Yunnan tea germplasms, it is concluded that most of the tea germplasms in Group A are suitable for making either green tea or black tea, and germplasms in Group B are preferable for making black tea.
