多层次办学完善我省蚕业科技人才网络

Running a school in various levels to perfect the network for sericultural technology talents

本文简单地回顾了苏州大学蚕桑学院蚕业人才的培养历史和江苏省对蚕业科技人才的使用和分布情况，认为已初步形成的蚕业科技人才网络是江苏省成为蚕业大省的重要保证。着重提出了苏州大学蚕桑学院应坚持走为江苏蚕业服务的道路，多层次办学，多渠道招生，多模式培养人才，完善江苏省蚕业科技人才网络，为江苏地方经济的发展作出应有的贡献。

In this study, we review synoptically the history of specialty talents in sericulture of Suzhou University Sericulture College, and for look hack at the situation of allocation and distribution of people on sericultural technology. AS a result, we think the network for sericultural talents formed newly is the impotent ensurance to make Jiangsu Province become the major region in sericultural technology. Meanwhile, to perfect such a network so as to make better contribution for develop ing the local economy of Jiangsu Province, we muse emphasize the importance to insist on continuing the Ways to serve ser iculture of the Province, running school in various levels, enrolling from different resources and culturing talentS in various models.
