Determination of Nickel and Iron in Tungsten-Nickel-Iron Alloy by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 本文建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法直接测定钨镍铁中镍、铁的分析方法。对基体影响、谱线选择、氢氟酸、硝酸的用量等进行了讨论。结果表明,钨基体对测定结果有一定的影响,在实验中采用基体匹配法消除基体干扰,并对实验条件进行了优化。在优化的实验条件下,该方法用于样品中镍、铁的测定,测定结果与原子吸收法测定结果基本一致,回收率为97.3%~100.6%,RSD(n=5)均小于2%。 A new method for determination of nickel and iron in tungsten-nickel-iron alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.The interferences of the matrix,the analytical lines and the amount of the nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid were discussed in this paper.It was showed that interferences were eliminated by using the matrix matching method and the experimental conditions were optimal.The proposed method has been applied to determine the nickel and iron in tungsten-nickel-iron alloy, the determination results were consistent with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry.The recovery was 97.3 %-100.6%,and the relative standard deviation (RSD,n=5) was less than 2.0 %.
