小柴胡汤非独治少阳病

Xiaochaihu Decoction——Not Only Used to Treat Lesser Yang Diseases

作者认为少阳病位置非在半表半里,并从小柴胡汤的主治范围及适应证的多样性来看,认为小柴胡汤并非少阳病的主方,非独治少阳病。从小柴胡汤证推及经方的临床应用,认为"汤证一体"是经方的核心思想,抓住核心病机而不拘泥字句,才是仲景经方应用活法。

The author holds the point of view that lesser yang diseases do not locate in half interior and half exterior. Form the aspects of diverse indications of Xiaochaihu decoction,it is believed that Xiaochaihu decoction is not the main formula for the treatment of lesser yang diseases,and it is not only used to treat lesser yang diseases. It can be concluded that the core idea of applying classical prescriptions shall be integration of decoctions and syndromes. Seizing core pathogenesis is the right and flexible application of Zhongjing＇s classical prescriptions.
