摘要
宜兴文化中心图书馆采光穹顶为大跨度、双曲面单层网壳结构,节点为铸钢件,结构形式新颖,其铸钢件空间定位困难,安装时结构变形控制要求高。结合现场实际,采用"地面整体预拼装+大型履带式起重机分块安装"施工技术,并使用有限元软件进行辅助模拟分析,未使用任何临时支撑,安全、高效、精确地完成了整个施工过程。
The library of Yixing Cultural Centre is a special building with a special lighting dome. The lighting dome applies a novelty structure which has a great span, the hyperboloid single-layer shell and steel casting connection. So it is very difficult for spatial positioning and the requirements on installation deformation of components is strict. According to the specificity of this structure, engineers use the construction technology of pre-assembly on the ground and block-installation by large crawler cranes. Moreover, the finite element software is used to analyze the structure. The whole construction process is finished safely and precisely without any temporary support.
