摘要 锦屏一级水电站左岸F5软弱破碎带地质条件复杂,岩质性状差、影响范围大、承载力低,是影响左岸抗力体及高拱坝安全运营的关键因素之一。鉴于该断层部分洞段已采取斜井开挖置换和高压固结灌浆,为保证工程质量及安全,并能满足施工工期及投资控制的要求,针对灌浆后指标不满足设计技术要求的抗力体区域,利用高压旋喷冲洗及回填混凝土加固技术对F5软弱破碎带进行了处理。从方案设计与比选、冲洗参数模拟与研究、施工关键技术等方面进行了论述,并对实施效果进行了评价。 Jinping Hydropower Station locates in Fsweak rock with complex geological conditions. The rock has characteristics of poor rocky features, large influence range and low bearing capacity which are the key factors for safety running of left banks resistance and high arch dam. Part of the rock is reinforced with inclined well excavation replacement and high pressure grouting, but the index can't meet the requirements of design. The technology of high pressure jet washing and backfilling concrete is used to reinforce the F5 weak rock to ensure engineering quality and safety in controlled construction time and invest. This paper introduces the schemes design and selection, washing index simulation and research, and key construction technology, then evaluates the implement effect.
