Slope Protection with Integral Casting-cutting Concrete Slab and Its Application

整浇切割混凝土面板是堤坝除险加固工程中出现的一种新型堤坝护坡结构,然而目前关于该护坡结构施工工艺的报道尚不多见,影响了其推广应用。为了在除险加固工程中更好地运用整浇切割混凝土面板护坡技术,首先给出了该护坡技术的施工流程,详细介绍了其施工工艺、注意事项和结构形式;然后,通过与传统预制六方体混凝土块对比,进一步说明了整浇切割混凝土面板护坡的优点;最后通过向家洞病险水库大坝护坡治理的工程案例证明了整浇切割混凝土护坡面板的优越性。

The integral casting-cutting concrete slab （ICCS） slope protection is a new protection type in the reinforcements of dams and dikes. In order to use the ICCS slope protection, the construction process of the ICCS is given and the construction techniques and structure styles are introduced firstly. Then the merits of the ICCS are verified by comparing with the traditional precast concrete hexagon. Finally, the engineering example with the ICCS stope protection used in the reinforcements of Xiangjiadong Reservoir is adopted to show the advantages of the new slope protection style.
