摘要
南水北调渠道混凝土衬砌板产生的Ⅱ类裂缝对其抗渗性能和抗冻耐久性产生不利影响,需要采取措施对裂缝进行处理。裂缝修补分为先破损再修补和直接修补两大类,综合各种处理方案,提出采用A级改性环氧树脂化学灌浆直接修补处理措施,提出在灌浆处理前先做好工艺缝的切割,将已有裂缝由活缝、生长缝变为死缝。给出了裂缝处理器材、注胶工艺流程。介绍了裂缝处理具体工序操作,分为裂缝表面处理、埋设注胶嘴、封缝、密封检查、配制灌注胶、注胶、缝口、后处理等过程。裂缝处理人工及材料成本在45~60元/m。通过对处理后的衬砌板钻芯取样和压力试验,效果满足原设计要求,已在两湖段工程中得到实际应用。
Based on Two Channels' segment in the South-to-North Water Transfer project, the case U cracks in concrete lining board would cause adverse effects on the resistance, permeability and durability of concrete, therefor the cracks should be treated. Cracks repairing includes damage repairing method and directly repairing method. Considering every treatment plans, this paper puts forward a direct repairing measure using chemical grouting by class A modified epoxy resin, and finishes the cutting seam before the grouting treatment, and the cracks with live suture and growth suture is turned into death seam. The cracks treatment equipment and plastic injection process are given. The cracks treatment operations can be divided into crack surface processing, embedding glue injection mouth, sealing, sealing inspection, preparation of pouring sealant, glue, seam, and post treatment process. The costs of labor and material is 45 - 60 ¥/m. Through the core sampling and pressure test of the lining plate after drilling, the treatment effect can meet the original design requirements, which has been used in Two Channels' segment engineering.
