摘要
通过对港珠澳大桥CB04标段地质、水文等条件综合分析,提出了装配整体式钢板桩围堰施工方案,该方案中钢板桩整体下放、整体吊离,避免了传统钢板桩围堰施工中易出现的钢板桩倾斜、带桩、不易合龙等情况,且可重复利用;采用定位桩与钢板桩构成的围堰共同承受水流、波浪的冲击和土压力作用,可确保钢板桩围堰不会在软弱淤泥中发生整体倾覆,降低了风浪对预制承台的安装影响,可有效延长海上作业时间,实现了大型跨海大桥围堰施工工厂预制标准化、现场安装装配化。
A new construction scheme of overall assembly steel sheet pile cofferdam was proposed through comprehensive analysis of geological, hydrological conditions of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge CB04 section, which integral sinking and integral lifting the steel sheet piles, at the same time avoiding inclined pile and difficulty of close up. The positioning pile and steel sheet pile cofferdam bear composed force of water, wave and soil pressure together, which ensure the steel sheet pile cofferdam overall overturning in soft soil, and effectively prolong the working time at harsh environment, and realize the standardization and site assembly of prefabricated of steel sheet piles cofferdam.
