思想政治学科教师专业成长的有效途径 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国基础教育课程改革的不断深入,新课程要求教师在教育观念更新、转换教师角色和转变教学行为上下工夫,这就对教师的个人修养及专业素养提出了更高的要求。为了推动和适应新课程改革向纵深方向发展,教师的专业成长显得比以往任何时候都更加重要。本文拟从协调社会环境、立足校本研究、搞好个人发展规划三个方面,提出促进思想政治学科教师专业成长的有效途径。
