关节软骨细胞生物学特征的分子调节及其发生机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 关节软骨是略带弹性的坚韧组织,在机体内起支持和保护作用。关节软骨由软骨细胞、纤维和基质构成。很多关节疾病都是由于软骨损伤所造成,如半月板损伤、退行性关节炎、骨质增生、腰椎间盘突出等。软骨细胞分化过程的不同时期中软骨细胞的新陈代谢会发生相应变化,而软骨的分化过程受不同分子调节,目前已证实一些细胞因子如转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β)、骨形态发生蛋白(bone morpho-genetic protein,BMP)、成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)、胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factors,IGF)、
