肘关节异位骨化术后中医康复治疗的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨对肘关节异位骨化术后中医康复治疗的效果。方法选择2006年12月-2007年12月66例肘关节异位骨化患者手术后随机分为观察组和对照组各33例。观察组患者采用中医康复治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,患者术后均随访6~60个月,对康复前后肘关节的活动范围变化情况进行比较。结果两组肘关节异位骨化术患者手术前肘关节活动度比较差异无统计学意义,康复治疗后,患者均得到6~60个月的随访,观察组患者肘关节活动度为(101±15)°;对照组患者肘关节活动度为(84±22)°;观察组患者肘关节活动度明显大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论中医康复治疗有利于患者肘关节功能的恢复。 Objective To explore the elbow heterotopic ossification of postoperative rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine effect.Methods Choose our hospital in December 2006 to December 2007, 66 cases of patients with elbow heterotopic ossification after surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 33).Observation group were treated by rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medic!ne, the control group using conventional treatment, patients were followed up for 6 to 60 months postoperatively, changes of elbow range of motion before and after rehabilitation.Results Two groups of elbow heterotopic ossification surgery patients before the operation, there was no statistically significant difference comparing the elbow joint mobility after rehabilitation treatment, all patients were follow-up of 6 to 60 months observation group of patients for elbow mobility (101±15)°; The control group patients for (84±22)° elbow mobility; S ianificantlv greaterthe control group, the observation group of patients with elbow mobility is similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy is beneficial to the recovery of elbow joint function of patients.
