人力资源效能的提升能够为客户和组织创造巨大价值。从总体上看,中国企业已进入人力资源效能致胜与效能管理时代。本文从实践操作层面提出了我国企业提升人力资源效能的十种思路与举措。
The improvement of human resources efficiency can create tremendous value for clients and organizations. Overall, Chinese enterprises have entered the eraof winning on human resources efficiency and efficiency management. This article presents ten practical ideas and measures to improve human resources efficiency for Chinese enterprises.
