Efficiency as the Core of Human Resources System Operation and Integration

摘要 提升人力资源效能是企业人力资源管理的面临重要课题,其本质是要使企业人力资源配置效益和运行效率得以改善,从而促进人力资本回报率提升和企业核心能力增强。本文认为,企业人力资源效能的持续改善,既要解决人力资源系统性能匹配问题,又要解决人力资源系统驾驭水平问题,同时还要遵守"交通"规则。 How to enhance or improve the effectiveness of human resources is theimportant issue that human resource management of Chinese enterprises are facing. Effectiveness improvement of human resources, in essence, is to make corporate human resources to enhance the efficiency and benefit, thereby contributing to boost the return on human capitals and strengthen the core competence. The continuous improvement of corporate human resources effectiveness is a systematic engineering, like "make" and "drive" a car, it has to focus on both the match and the controlling level of HR systems. In the meanwhile, not forget to obey "traffic" rules. Therefore, this article emphatically probes into the human resources system selection, system operations, and the integration of subsystem running effectiveness.
