摘要
培训需求分析是企业员工培训的必经环节,企业培训活动的前提和基础。本文基于企业生命周期理论和员工职业生涯理论提出双维导向的培训需求分析及其技术路径,以实现员工自身职业生涯发展与企业战略发展双赢的目的。
Training needs analysis is the first fundamental and instructive step of training activities Based on enterprise life cycle theory and the theory ,this article proposes the dual-career employees dimensional oriented training needs analysis and its technical path,in order to achieve the goal of their own career development and staff development of corporate strategy.
