本文以某事业单位为例,深入剖析了目前事业单位在进行绩效工资改革时遇到的问题,总结了绩效工资体系设计的要点,指出了未来绩效工资推行的突破点。
Based on the case of public institution A, this article analyzes current challenges and problems facing the merit pay reform in China's public institutions. This article sunlmarizes essential elements in the design of the merit pay system and gives suggestions on how to make breakthroughs in further implementing merit pay in public institutions of China.
