基于社会管理视角的信息异化控制机制研究

从社会管理的视角分析了信息异化的社会成因,提出了信息异化的控制机制,增强信息民主建设,保障公民权利,重塑人的主体性,使社会力量成为反制信息异化的主力军;完善信息社会建制的框架,以信息制度约束信息异化行为的产生,尽可能堵住投机缺口,让制度成为控制信息异化的利器;培育公民的信息社会能力,平衡公民对信息的工具性追求和价值性追求,成为抑制信息异化的长效机制。

This paper analyzes the social causes of information dissimilation from the perspective of social management, and proposes the control mechanism of information dissimilation such as strengthening the information democracy construction, protec- ting civil right and rebuilding human subjectivity so as to make social sectors a main force in opposing information dissimilation ; per- fecting the framework of constructing the information society system to constrain the information dissimilation behavior with informa- tion system, and try to blockade speculative gap so as to let the system be the sharp weapon in controlling information dissimilation; fostering the citizen＇ s information society capability, and balancing the citizen＇ s instrumental pursuit and value pursuit of informa- tion so as to form a long-term mechanism of controlling information dissimilation.
