摘要
文章提出了基于显性合作网络和隐性合作网络的两种团队成员遴选方法,并以中国科学技术信息研究所为例进行了实证分析。研究发现,显性合作网络适合以人为中心来遴选团队成员,隐性合作网络适合以研究主题为中心来遴选团队成员。具体团队组建时可以综合使用这两种方法。
This paper puts forward 2 methods for the selection of team members based on the explicit co-operation network and the tacit co-operation network, and takes the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China for example to make an em- pirical study. The research shows that the explicit co-operation network is suitable for the selection of team members with the human as the center, and the tacit co-operation network is suitable for the selection of team members with the research subject as the center. The 2 methods may be used comprehensively in the construction of the specific teams.
