摘要 夹河煤矿采用顺层钻孔预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯区域防突技术消除掘进期间的突出危险性,顺层钻孔施工的效率严重影响掘进的单进水平。为提升顺层钻孔施工效率,夹河煤矿引进了CMS1-6200/80型钻车,在实验工作面进行顺层钻孔预抽试验研究,对CMS1-6200/80型钻车钻孔施工存在的问题进行研究分析,提出解决对策,通过改进CMS1-6200/80型钻车的钻杆、钻机转速,增加加压泵,将措施钻孔投影深度修正为80 m等技术措施,有效提高了钻孔施工效率,使进尺效率提高了17%,为CMS1-6200/80型钻车施工顺层钻孔技术在徐州矿务集团大规模推广提供了参考依据。 Jiahe Coal Mine adopts the technology of drawing out gas based on coal order to prevent coal and gas ofitburst, but the bedding drilling efficiency seriously affects digging efficiency of combine mechanized heading. In order to improve the bedding drilling efficiency, Jiahe Coal Mine has introduced the CMS1 -6200/80 drilling car and done the bedding drilling drainage exper- iments. Through analyzing the existing problems of the drilling construction technology, Jiahe Coal Mine propose solutions such as through improving drill pipe, optimizing drill speed, increasing the pressure of pressure pump, projection depth correction for 80m, correcting the parameter of measures drilling projection depth for 80m. Then the drilling efficiency improve effectively and the drilling rate of progress raise 17%. The using of the CMS1 - 6200/80 type drill carriage in Jiahe Coal Mine provides refer- ence for large - scale promotion in Xuzhou Mining Group.
