河北杨、毛白杨休眠期嫁接育苗技术试验

Grafting and Breeding Techniques ofPopulus tomentosa and Populus hopeiensis in Rest Period

对河北杨、毛白杨进行休眠期嫁接试验 ,结果表明 :室内嫁接工作从元月 1 0日开始至砧木和接穗的芽未萌动期间均可进行。砧、穗结合体窖内沙藏湿度控制在 6 0 %左右 ,沙藏温度控制在 2～ 7℃ ,春季按常规扦插育苗进行 ,河北杨成活率最高可达 95 .6 % ,平均成活率89.3% ;毛白杨成活率最高可达 96 .4% ,平均成活率 92 .3%。

A grafting trial of Populus hopeiensis and P. tomentosa in rest periods was made. The results showed that grafting in laboratory can be carried out at the beginning of October as well as the period before stock and scion's bud sprouting; the humidity of stock and scion sand conservation in cellar was maintained 60% approximately, and the temperature was controlled at 2~7 ℃.During normal cutting propagation in spring, the survival rate of Populus hopeiensis maximized to 95.6%,mean survival rate 89.3%; where as, the survival ratio of Populus tomentosa maximized to 96.4% and the mean survival rate was 92.3%.
