有机胺催化水溶性酚醛树脂的合成

Synthesis of water-soluble phenolic resin using organic amine catalyst

摘要 以有机胺为催化剂制备了具有良好绝缘性的高羟甲基含量水溶性酚醛树脂。通过对产物成型时间、固体含量及水数的测试,研究了酚、醛物质的量比、催化剂加入量、贮存温度对产物性能的影响。结果表明,苯酚与甲醛的物质的量比1∶1.8,催化剂用量为苯酚质量的16%,80℃回流反应90 min得到的产物固体质量分数72%,水溶性达酚醛树脂的5倍,10℃下贮存期60 d,其层压板绝缘电阻达到3×1010Ω。 The high methylol content water - soluble phenolic resin with good insulation property was synthesized u- sing organic amine as catalyst. The effects of molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde, catalyst amount and storage temperature on the product performance were investigated by the testings of product molding time, solids content and water number. The results showed that the solids content of the product was 72% and water - solublility was up to 5 times of phenolic resin as the conditions as followed : molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde 1 : 1.8, catalyst a- mount 16% (based on phenol mass) and refluxing for 90 min at 80℃. The storage period of product was 60 d at 10 ℃. The insulation resistance of laminate made of the product reached 3 ×10^10Ω.
