北京市特殊教育教研队伍建设与教研工作开展研究

The Creation and Work of the Teaching and Research Team for Special Education in Beijing

为落实国家特殊教育教师专业化发展和特殊教育课堂教学质量提升的文件精神与要求,北京市组建特殊教育教研团队并开展了一系列专题教研活动,且取得了初步成效。本文即对北京市特殊教育教研队伍建设和运作的基本情况、教研活动开展的特点及经验、未来努力的方向进行介绍和探讨,以期为相关教研队伍或机构的建立和运作提供借鉴和参考。

In January 2010, a teaching and research team for special education was established in Beijing so as to carry out the policy involving the development of the professionalism of special education teachers and the improvement of the quality of classroom teaching. The team achieved good results. This paper introduces the cre- ation of this team, the teaching and research it has accomplished, its experience, and its future planning so as to provide reference for other special education schools.
