InterventionforLife.10ngDevelopment,MILD),因此,“温情教育”不仅适合学习困难学生,也适合广大普通学生。 Emotional Intelligence plays a more important role than IQ in predicting a person's success "MILD" advocates that education needs not only heart-wanning but also passion, as demonstrates the key role of actively developing emotional intelligence and giving full play to it. This paper, based on emotional intelligence and its functions, introduces the concept of "MILD". In a narrow sense,"MILD" means multi-intervention for le- arning disability; in a broad sense, it indicates multi-intervention for life-long development. Therefore, it is suit- able not only for students with learning difficulties, but also for the majority of ordinary students. To conclude, the study introduces the basic principles of "WEIGH" (Wonderful Emotional Intelligence Game Hero) based on emo- tional intelligence, as well as its specific designing for those aged 2-18. This will help intervene in and prevent students' emotional problems and develop their emotional intelligence.
