摘要
分别以3割龄和6割龄RRIM600胶树为材料比较了多胺在割面与非割面、高割线与低割线上的分布差异,并讨论其与割胶的关系。胶乳中含有Put、Spd和 Spm 3种多胺,以Put含量为主。割面上的Put和总PAs含量高于非割面。割面上离割口越近Put含量越高,其生物合成越活跃;非割面上的Put及其它多胺垂直变化不大。低割线上的各类多胺含量均高于高割线。割胶促进排胶,也促进多胺的生物合成。
Rubber trees of RRIM600 clone tapped for three and six years were used as materials respectively, the present study gave a primary account on the difference of polyamine distribution between tapping and none--tapping panel, high tapping and low tapping cuts. Three kinds of polyamines, putrescine, spermidine and spermine, were found in the latex of rubber trees, among which putrescine was dominant. The contents of putrescine and total polyamines in tapping panel were higher than those in none--tapping panel. The nearer the distance from the cut was, the higher level and more active biosynthesis of putrescine were. While in the none--tapping panel putrescine and other polyamines remain relatively stable. The contents of three kinds of polyamines in low tapping cuts which had been tapped for six years were all higher than those in high tapping cuts which were newly tapped. Therefore it was suggested that tapping could stimulate the biosynthesis of polyamines mainly putrescine.
