四棱豆品种间亲缘关系的蛋白质分析

Protein Analysis of Interspecific Sibship of Wing Bean

对１２个四棱豆品种的过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、酯酶、可溶性蛋白质进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析，结果表明，图谱共有５２条谱带，其中具有多态性的谱带占总谱带数的７８．８％。根据聚类分析，在 ７７％的相似性水平上，１２个四棱豆品种可分为 ２类。

Soluble protein, polyphenol oxidase, peroxidase, esterase of 12 wing beau cultivars (Psophocarpus) was analyzed with polyacrylamide electrophoresis. Results showed there are 52 bands of which 78.8 % are polymorphism in the zymogram and protein patterns of these cultivars. The 12 wing beau cultivars can be divided into two groups in the level of 77 % resemblance.
