戊巴比妥钠在肥胖大鼠实验中追加剂量的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较分析不同追加剂量的戊巴比妥钠在肥胖大鼠测定心功能实验中的麻醉效果。方法高糖高脂饮食复制肥胖大鼠模型,采用腹腔注射1%戊巴比妥钠的不同追加剂量对肥胖大鼠施行麻醉,记录实验中肥胖大鼠的麻醉维持时间、心率、呼吸、角膜反射、刺痛反应、肌肉紧张度。结果腹腔注射分别追加1%的戊巴比妥钠10 mg/kg、20 mg/kg、30 mg/kg剂量后,麻醉维持时间均>30 min。肥胖大鼠麻醉效果:10 mg/kg组效果欠佳;20 mg/kg组效果理想;30 mg/kg组效果理想,但开始手术前出现呼吸抑制及死亡。结论 1%戊巴比妥钠20 mg/kg是肥胖大鼠麻醉最佳的追加剂量,在实验中可使肥胖大鼠进入理想麻醉状态,且实验大鼠生命体征处于正常范围。 Objective To compare and analysis the anesthetic effects of different additional doses of pentobarbital sodium in the experiment for measuring cardiac function of obese rats. Methods Grown male Wistar rats were chosen, the group of obese rats was fed with fodders of high sugar and high fat. The anesthetized rats were induced by intra-peritoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium. Record each rat' s duration of anesthesia, heart rate, breathing, corneal reflex, pain reaction, muscle tone. Results 10 mg/kg additional dose, 20mg/kg additional dose, and 30mg/kg additional dose of pentobarbital sodium were respectively infected into the abdominal cavity of obese rats. Duration of anesthesia in the three groups was longer than 30min. Effect of anesthesia in obese rats: The effect of 10 mg/kg group was not ideal. The effect of 20 mg/kg group was ideal. The effect of 30 mg/kg group was ideal, but respiratory depression and death happened before starting operative procedure. Conclusion 20 mg/kg additional dose of 1% pentobarbital sodium in the experiment can make obese rats into the ideal anesthesia, and vital signs of obese rats were in the normal range.
