摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,汽车节能技术日益重要。为了合理利用汽车在减速滑行状态下的动能,本文提出了一种发动机变功率配气机构,具体指汽车在减速滑行状态下,控制发动机不喷油,同时排气门释压,减小发动机制动阻力,充分利用汽车惯性能量滑行更远的距离,以达到汽车节能减排的目的;并基于此原理对改装过的汽车做挂档滑行距离对比试验和车辆油耗对比试验,结果表明改装车辆节油率达7.72%,节油效果明显,具有推广应用的实际价值。
In order to smoothly utilize the kinetic energy of automobiles in the process of slowing down and sliding, this paper put forward the energy-saving mechanism of engine under light load. The mechanism was able to make full use of the car inertial energy, leading to the car' s sliding further. Meanwhile, with automo- biles slowing down and taxiing, engine stopped injection and exhaust valve released pressure to reduce the braking resistance of engine, which finally produced energy-saving and emission reduction. Based on this theory, experiments on remolded cars were conducted; the results indicates that the oil saving effect of the customized automobile is up to 7.72%, which is very prominent, and of huge market application foreground.
