中国东北地区妊娠期糖尿病妇女与妊娠健康妇女血清成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF21)表达量差异性研究

Serum fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF21) levels differences between gestational diabetes patient and pregnancy healthy women of Northeast China

FGF21(成纤维细胞生长因子21)是近年来发现的一种能够调节糖脂代谢的新型蛋白因子。笔者通过研究证明,妊娠期糖尿病患者血清中FGF21表达量明显升高,和正常妊娠妇女相比差异十分显著(P<0.01),妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗水平、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白均高于正常对照组,这提示我们妊娠期糖尿患者体内FGF21表达水平升高可能与患者存在更为严重的胰岛素抵抗以及妊娠期糖尿病患者血脂代谢异常有关。

FGF21（fibroblast growth factor 21） is a new known protein which play an important role in glucose and lipid metabolic regulation.In our current study,we found that gestational diabetes serum FGF21 concentration was significantly increased compared to normal pregnant women（P0.05）.In addition,gestational diabetes group have higher value of HOMA-IR,highdensity lipoprotein,triglycerides than normal healthy control.The results suggested that elevated FGF21 concentration may be associated with more severe insulin resistance and abnormal lipid metabolism in gestational diabetes group.
