摘要
以研究火山冷泉浴片的处方和制备工艺为目的,采用L9(34)的正交试验方法,以崩解时间为考察指标,考察酸碱比例、制粒方法、酸碱总量三因素对火山冷泉浴片制备工艺的影响,优选出工艺为A1B2C2,即酸碱比例为0.8︰1,制粒方法为聚乙二醇包裹法,酸碱总量为30%。结果证明该工艺制得的火山冷泉浴片崩解稳定均匀,各项指标均能达到相关标准。
Volcano cold mineral bath tablets formulation and preparation processes were studied. The collapse time was used as the index to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal test,in which the proportion between the citric acid and the sodium bicarbonate,the granulating methods and the total of the acid-base were considered as three main technology factors. The optimum procedure condition was A1B2C2,which were with the proportion of 0. 8︰1,encapsulated by polyethylene glycol and 30 % of the acid-base in total amount. The volcano cold mineral bath tablets that prepared by the process were steadily and evenly disintegrated. It can meet the relevant standards of the indicators.
