摘要
目的研究三氯乙烯对SD大鼠生殖系统的损伤。方法腹腔注射给予雄性SD大鼠附0 mmol/L、3 mmol/L、6 mmol/L、10 mmol/L的三氯乙烯,以植物油为对照,连续暴露5 d后处死动物,取出睾丸与附睾,检测精子形态学与精子动力的变化,以及睾丸和附睾的病理学损伤。结果 10 mmol/L剂量组精子运动能力明显降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);10 mmol/L剂量组形态异常精子数明显高于对照组(P<0.01);10 mmol/L剂量组睾丸和附睾观察到组织病理损伤,睾丸生精细胞层变溥,间质增厚,而附睾管则有假复层柱状上皮的增生现象。结论三氯乙烯暴露可导致雄性SD大鼠生殖系统损伤,引起精子细胞运动能力下降,精子畸形率升高及组织发生病理改变。
Objective To study the effect of trichloroethylene on reproductive system of male Sprague Dawley rats.Methods Male SD rats were given intraperitoneal injection of trichloroethylene(0 mmol /L,3 mmol /L,6 mmol / L,10 mmol / L) in coin oil once daily for 5 days,while the control group received only coin oil.After five-day exposure,the sperm,testes and epididymis were collected for detection of sperm morphology changes,sperm motility and histopathological changes in testes and epididymis.Results Sperm motility reduced significantly in 10 mmol / L dose group after exposure(P 0.01),while sperm abnormality increased significantly in 10 mmol / L dose group(P 0.01).Histopathological observation showed the diameter of the seminiferous tubules decreased,and testes leydig cells increased;while hyperplasia pseudostratified columnar epithelium was observed in ductus epididymidis.Conclusion Exposure to trichloroethylene could lead reproductive function injury of male SD rats,by reducing sperm motility,increasing sperm abnormality and histopathological changes of testes and epididymis.
