主动免疫治疗对URSA患者CD细胞封闭效率及妊娠结局的影响

Influence of active immunotherapy on CD cell blocked efficiency and pregnant outcome in URSA patients

目的探讨原因不明性复发流产(URSA)患者主动免疫治疗后CD细胞封闭效率变化及再次妊娠后对其进行加强免疫治疗的效果。方法对URSA患者应用外周血淋巴细胞进行主动免疫治疗,检测治疗前后患者外周血抗配偶CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞封闭效率。同时观察不同次数的加强免疫治疗后患者再次妊娠结局。结果对URSA患者进行免疫治疗可提高抗配偶CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞封闭效率。对妊娠后患者加强免疫治疗总次数及再次妊娠成功率比较发现:妊娠后加强免疫治疗3次的患者,效果最好。结论对URSA患者进行免疫治疗可提高抗配偶CD细胞封闭效率,URSA患者再次妊娠后应继续加强免疫治疗3次,可以显著的降低再次流产的发生,达到满意的疗效。

Objective To study the variation of CD cells blocked efficiency for unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion（URSA） patients with intensive immunotherapy before and after pregnancy,and the outcome of URSA patients after second pregnancy.Methods Peripheral blood lymphocyte was involved in active immunotherapy of URSA patients.The anti-spouse CD cells blocked efficiency was detected before and after treatment,at the same time,the subsequent pregnancy outcome of URSA patients were analyzed based on the frequency of intensive immunotherapy.Results For URSA patients,immunotherapy could improve anti-spouse CD cells blocked efficiency in peripheral blood.Comparing the times of intensive immune treatment and the final outcome subsequent pregnancy,it was found that URSA patients with intensive immunotherapy 3 times after re-pregnancy could obtain the best effect.Conclusion Immunotherapy can improve anti-spouse CD cells blocked efficiency in peripheral blood and URSA patients should continue to strengthen immunotherapy 3 times after pregnant again,in order to significantly reduce the occurrence of abortion again.
