摘要
目的了解盐都区2岁~14岁儿童碘营养水平,为因地制宜,科学调整本地区盐碘含量提供依据。方法收集全区18个社区2岁~14岁儿童随意尿样,每个社区标本不少于100份,采用尿中碘的过硫酸铵消化—砷铈催化分光光度法测定其含量。结果 2716份尿样尿碘范围10.1μg/L^916.3μg/L,中位数195.6μg/L,四分位数间距Q(P50)126.1μg/L,男性儿童与女性儿童检测结果无显著差异。结论盐都区儿童碘营养水平处于适宜状态,2012年度调低本地区盐碘含量的策略是科学的,人群碘营养水平主要与碘盐的摄入量有关,与是否处于沿海地区关系不大。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition level among 2 ~ 14 years old children in Yandu area,and provide a scientific basis for the adjustment of local salt iodine content.Methods Urine specimens were collected from 2 ~ 14 years old children in 18 communities,not less than 100 of each community,the content of urine iodine is studied by ammonium persulfate digestion-arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometric method.Results The urine iodine range is 10.1 μg / L ~ 916.3 μg / L in 2716 samples,median is 195.6 μg / L,four percentile interval Q(P 50) is 126.1 μg/L.The test results showed no significant differences between boys and girls.Conclusion Children's iodine nutrition level in Yandu is in a suitable state.Reducing iodine content of local salt is scientific in 2012.Iodine nutrition level is mainly related with the iodized salt intake,not the location in the coastal areas.
