摘要
目的探讨高效液相色谱法测定密胺餐具水性模拟液中甲醛迁移量的方法。方法密胺餐具中的甲醛经4%的乙酸水性模拟液提取后,再与2,4-二硝基苯肼反应生成紫外衍生产物,以乙腈与水(60∶40,V/V)作为流动相,C18柱(5μm,150×4.6 mm)分离,360 nm检测。结果密胺餐具水性模拟液中的甲醛在0.50 mg/L^20.2 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),检出限为0.01 mg/L,加标回收率在95.7%~108.4%之间,重复测定的RSD≤1.26%。结论该方法快速、简单、准确,可用于密胺餐具水性模拟液中甲醛迁移量的测定。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of formaldehyde in aqueous food simulant of melamine wares.Methods Formaldehyde was extracted from melamine wares with 4% acetic acid aqueous solution,and reacted with 2,4-dinitrobenzene to form a derivative which was then separated with a C18 column(5 μm,150 × 4.6 mm) and detected at360 nm.The mixture of acetonitrile and water(60 + 40) was used as mobile phase.Results The method showed good linearity(r= 0.9998) in the range of 0.50 mg/L^20.2 mg/L.The detection limit was 0.01 mg/L,the recoveries were between95.7%~108.4%,the RSDs were less than 1.26%.Conclusion This method is fast,simple,accurate and can be used to detect formaldehyde in melamine wares.
