摘要
目的建立用2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定仿瓷餐具中甲醛的方法。方法样品中甲醛浸提后,用2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生转化为甲醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙,在phenomenex Gemini-C18柱上,以甲醇-水(7+3)为流动相进行分离,HPLC-UV检测器在355 nm测定,外标法定量。结果该方法取1.0 ml浸泡液测定,对应的最低检出量为0.1 mg/dm2,回收率92%~102%。测定精密度RSD在2.6%~6.3%。结论该方法操作简单,检测灵敏度高,干扰少,结果准确,适用于仿瓷餐具甲醛的测定。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of formaldehyde in imitation ceramic tableware using 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine as derivative reagent.Methods Formaldehyde extracted from samples was derivated by 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine and separated on a phenomenex Gemini-C18column with methanol-water(7 + 3) as mobile phase.The quantification was accomplished by external standard method with UV detection at wave length of 355 nm.Results The limit of detection was 0.1 mg/dm2when 1.0 ml extraction was used for determination.The spiked recoveries ranged from 92% to 102%with RSDs of 2.6%~6.3%.Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive,accurate,and it was suitable for the determination of formaldehyde in imitation ceramic tableware.
