金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒菌株的肠毒素基因分型与脉冲场凝胶电泳分型研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的对一起食物中毒中分离到金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S.aureus)进行肠毒素基因分型和脉冲场凝胶电泳法(PFGE)分型。方法采用mini-VIDAS全自动荧光免疫分析仪对菌株进行肠毒素检测,对产肠毒素的菌株进行PCR基因分型与PFGE同源性分析。结果从被检样品中共分离到22株金黄色葡萄球菌,肠毒素初筛均为阳性,基因分型检测均为SEA。PFGE分型结果显示22株可分为3个型,P1型为19株,P2型2株,P3型1株。结论根据实验室检测结果分析这是一起产肠毒素SEA的金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食物中毒。PFGE分型结果显示有3个型,P1型占主导。 Objective To detect Staphylococcus aureus isolated from a food poisoning,and conduct enterotoxin genotype and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) genotype.Methods Enterotoxin genes were detected by mini-VIDAS and genotyped by PCR.PFGE was applied for typing as well as analyzing the homology of strains.Results Twenty-two S.aureus strains were isolated from samples,and the enterotoxin were all positive in preliminary screening,showing genotype as SEA.Three different PFGE types(P1~P3) were found among 22 strains,including 19 P1 type strains,2 P2 type strains and 1 P3type strain.Conclusion The food poisoning was caused by S.aureus and the enterotoxin gene type of isolates was SEA.Type P1 was the dominant strains from 22 isolates which included three PFGE types.
