摘要
目的探讨急性白血病网织血小板((RP)与网织红细胞(Ret)化疗前后的变化。方法应用Sysmex XE-5000检测40例急性白血病病人化疗后外周血中网织血小板)和网织红细胞的变化,并比较二者的关系。结果 RP和Ret均在化疗后第11 d^15 d显著升高(均P<0.05),并且RP与Ret间呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论网织血小板与网织红细胞同样具备提示白血病病人化疗后骨髓功能恢复的作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of the reticulated platelets （RP） and reticulocyte （Ret） in acute leukemia patients after chemotherapy. Methods The RP and Ret in peripheral blood of 40 acute leukemia cases were detected by Sysmex XE - 5000 after chemotherapy, and the relationship of RP and Ret was analyzed. Results The RP and Ret increased obviously during the period of 11 d N 15 d after chemotherapy（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant positive correlation between RP and Ret （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The RP has the same effect on reflecting recovery of the bone marrow function as Ret in acute leukemia patients after chemotherapy.
