濮阳市首例流脑W135群病例及密切接触者病原学检测 被引量:3

Etiological detection of first serogroup W135 meningococcal meningitis case and close contacts in Puyang city

摘要 目的对一例疑似细菌性脑膜炎病例及密切接触者进行病原学检测。方法采集患者脑脊液、血液进行分离培养、乳胶凝集、Real-time PCR检测;密切接触者采集咽拭子标本32份进行分离培养、Real-time PCR检测。结果患者脑脊液经乳胶凝集、分离培养、Real-time PCR鉴定为W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌引起的脑膜炎病例,密切接触者中患者父母分别检出W135群带菌。结论该病例为濮阳市首例W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌病例,患者父母带菌与其患病密切相关,乳胶凝集法用于脑炎脑膜炎病例诊断及时方便,Real-time PCR法准确快速,在流脑带菌调查中能发挥重要作用。 Objective To detect the etiology features in a suspected case of bacterial meningitis and the close contacts. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and blood samples were collected from patient for culture, latex agglutination test and real - time PCR detection. Thirty - two throat swab samples were collected from close contacts for bacterial culture and real - time PCR test. Results By using latex agglutination test, real -time PCR identification and culture, all results confirmed that meningococcal meningitis serogroup W135 was positive in CSF of the patient. Among the close contacts, only the patient's parents were serogroup W135 positive. Conclusion This was the first case confirmed as meningococcal meningitis serogroup W135 infection in Puyang city. Serogroup W135 positive in the parents might be closely related to the patient. Latex agglutination test can be used in diagnosis of encephalitis or meningitis timely and conveniently. Real - time PCR method also plays an important role in meningococcal meningitis examination for its accuracy and rapidity.
