摘要
目的为糖尿病防控提供依据。方法应用Olympus AU2700生化分析仪检测62 406例健康成人空腹血糖,分析不同性别、年龄、年份、季节、职业、城乡人群的空腹血糖水平及血糖异常率差异。结果空腹血糖男5.35 mmol/L±1.06 mmol/L,女5.16 mmol/L±0.82 mmol/L(P<0.01),随年龄增大升高(P<0.01);冬季最高,夏季最低(P<0.01);城市高于乡镇(P<0.01)。2010年-2012年间血糖水平与异常率呈下降趋势(P<0.01),但中重度异常率无差别(P=0.40)。公务员最高(5.37±1.13)mmol/L(P<0.01),科教文卫、商贸物管、国有垄断和野外作业差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对人群血糖水平影响(线性回归Beta):年龄>季节>性别>年份>职业>城乡;血糖与年龄直线回归方程y=4.415+0.01896x。结论职业稳定者与41岁以上人群应重视糖尿病防控;血糖异常者在冬秋季应注意饮食,适当运动,控制血糖。
Objective To provide the basis for prevention and control of diabetes. Methods The fasting plasma glucose levels were detected by Olympus AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer in 62406 healthy adults, then the prevalence and distribution of abnormal plasma glucose were statistically analyzed in terms of sexes, age groups, years, seasons, occupations and living areas. Results The average level of fasting plasma glucose was (5.35 + 1.06) mmol/L in male, and (5.16 + 0.82) mmol/L in female (P 〈0.01 ). It rose with age(P 〈0.01 ). The average was the highest in winter and lowest in summer(P 〈0.01, while that was higher in city than in town. Both the fasting plasma glucose level and abnormal plasma glucose level decreased during the period of 2010 - 2012 (P 〈 0.01 ), but the ratios of moderate and severe high plasma glucoses were close ( P = 0.40). Among occupations, civil servants got the highest level (5.37 + 1.13) mmol/L(P 〈0. 01 ), while that of the people in the fields of public institutions, commercials, state - owned enterprises and fieldworks were close( P 〉 0.05 ). When it comes to the influence of plasma glucose level on linear regression, the order was ages 〉 seasons 〉 sexes 〉 years 〉 occupations 〉 living areas. The linear regression equation between plasma glucoses and age was y =4. 415 + 0. 01896x. Conclusion It should be paid more attention to prevention and control of diabetes on the people over 41 years old and those with a steady career. The people with abnormal fasting plasma glucoses should control appetite and take proper exercise in winter and autumn to prevent diabetes.
