福建煤矿人员定位系统应用存在的问题及对策

Problems and Counter-measures in the Application of Miners' Positioning System in Fujian

通过对福建省煤矿人员定位系统实际应用情况的具体调查,发现煤矿企业存在着对井下人员定位系统建设的重要性认识不到位、地面人员难以及时动态掌握井下人员的分布及作业情况、无法精确人员定位、有些关键区域未设计安装读卡器导致信号不能覆盖、全省煤矿入井井口未安装唯一性识别装置等问题。这些问题造成一旦煤矿事故发生,抢险救灾、安全救护的效率低,搜救效果差的不良后果。针对这些问题提出了对策方案,对完善福建省煤矿人员定位系统的使用,对煤矿安全生产有着一定的指导意义。

Through surveying the actual use of miners＇ positioning system in Fujian Province, the authors find that the importance of the people positioning system is not fully recognized. The people on the ground can sometimes fail to know well the distribution of miners and their working status and their accurate position. Some areas are not equipped with card reading machines, leading to only partial coverage of signal. Such inadequacy can give rise to serious consequence should any mine accident happen. To address these problems, the authors put forward some counter- measures, with the aim of helping improve the safe production of the mining industry.
