VRM景观美质评估法的运用——以台湾白沙湾游憩区为例

Study on the Application of VRM Landscape Quality Assessment Method——A Case Study of Baisha Bay, Taiwan

在概述景观资源评估模式的基础上,选取VRM(Visual Resources Management)景观美质评估法,以台湾北海岸白沙湾游憩区为例,介绍了该方法的运用步骤。通过划分土地单元,景观美质评分,建立景观美质评估图等步骤,划分了经营管理单元,识别了美景资源要素,分析了影响该景区美质的主要因素,并提出了相应的规划和管理方法,以期为今后景区景观资源评估提供方法参考。

This article gives a brief historical overview of the landscape recourse assessment paradigms. Moreover, an introduction and an analysis of the VRM （Visual Resources Management） landscape quality assessment method are presented in detail through a case study of Baisha Bay, North Coast, Taiwan. The VRM method includes dividing the land, scoring landscape quality, establishing the landscape assessment map and other steps to divide management unit, identify landscape resource factors, and analyze the factors that affect this project＇ s aesthetics, providing relevant planning and management advice, which can be further referred to by future landscape recourse assessment.
