摘要
目的建立复方四维女贞子胶囊中牛磺酸的质量控制方法。方法采用C18(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1 mol/L醋酸钠溶液(含0.1%三乙胺,用醋酸调pH值至6.0);流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长254 nm;柱温35℃。结果牛磺酸在0.156 8~1.568 0μg时,与峰面积的线性方程为Y=3×106X-107 537[相关系数(r)=0.999 9],回收率为98.72%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.59%(n=9)。结论高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确,能有效控制复方四维女贞子胶囊中牛磺酸的质量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of taruine in compound tetravitamins and glossy capsules by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods Chromatographic analysis was performed on chromatographic column of C is (250.0 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.1 mol/L sodium acetate solution (contain 0.1% triethy- lamine, adjusted to pH=6.0 with acetic acid). The flow rate was ] .0 mL/min with the detection wavelength at 254nm and the colum temperature at 35 ~C. Results The method showed a good linearity:Y=3×10^6X-107 537 [coefficient of association (r)=0.999 9] in the concentration range of 0.156 8-1.568 0 μg for taruine. The recovery rate was 98.72%, and relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.59%(n=9). Conclusion The HPLC is simple,rapid and accurate,and it can be used effectively for the quality control of taruine in compound tetravitamins and glossy capsules.
