妇科住院患者满意度调查

摘要 目的通过对妇科住院患者发放满意度调查表,进行有针对性的护理,提高护理质量。方法根据科室实际情况自制问卷调查表,不记名方式发放240份进行调查。结果回收有效调查表240份,综合满意度为96.48%,妇科住院患者对基础护理、护士的仪表、服务态度、服务及时性、收费满意度较高;对专业技能和健康教育的满意度较低。结论通过满意度调查可及时发现问题,提出相应对策,以便提高妇科护理质量。 Objective To perform pertinent nursing and improve nursing quality through questionnaire of hospitalized patients' satisfactory scattered in gynecology department in the hospital. Methods 240 copies of self-designed questionnaires were issued according to the actual situation of different departments. Results A total of 240 copies of effective questionnaires were received with the overall satisfaction rate of 96.48%. Patients were satisfied highly with the basic care, attitude of nurse in- struments, time liness of service, and the charge gynecology department, but not satisfied with the professional skills and health e- ducation. Conclusion Through survey on satisfaction among hospitalized patients, the problems can be found out to raise relative countermeasures for improving nursing quality in gynecology department.
