摘要
由于常规控压钻井技术控制方式单一性的局限,采用智能控压钻井方法能够实现钻井技术最优化,发展前景广阔。结合控压钻井智能化的发展趋势,介绍了智能控压钻井系统的控制原理和总体结构,设计了测控装置的控制方案,对恒压控制和恒流控制的模型、算法进行了详细论述,最后通过试验验证了测控装置的设计合理可行。该成果对智能控压钻井系统的后续开发具有重要的推动作用。
Due to the limitations of single control mode in conventional pressure-managed drilling technology,the adoption of intelligent pressure-managed drilling technology could optimize the drilling technology with broad application prospects.Based on the development trend in the intelligent pressure-managed drilling technology,its control principle and overall structure were introduced,the control scheme of its measure-control device was designed,models and algorithms of constant-pressure control and constant-flow control were illustrated.The rationality and feasibility in the design of measure-control device are verified through experiments.The result would promote the follow-up development of intelligent pressure-managed drilling system.
