摘要
局部破坏保护和故障保护是静力试验系统保护的两个主要方面,也是保证静力试验安全、可靠进行的至关重要的措施。提出了根据载荷跟踪误差和补载荷等措施来确认局部破坏,以及基于STD工控机的故障诊断,并结合液压系统的特点通过控制系统软硬件实现系统的局部破坏保护和故障保护。
Local destruction protecting and system fault protecting are the primary protectingmethods in static testing system, and they are also the significant measures that ensure static testing safety and reliability. This paper introduces a means of identifying local destruction according to loadtracking error and appending load, and system fault diagnosis through a supervisor system based onSTD industrial control computer. Furthermore, in the light of electron-hydraulic system characteristics, a static testing system with local destruction protecting and fault protecting is achieved by the hardware and software of control system.
