摘要 根据架桥机小曲线施工的实际工况,利用有限元分析软件,对其后支腿金属结构进行了力学分析,分析结果在架桥机的实际应用中得到了验证,并针对金属结构局部的应力集中进行加强。计算数据可为以后同类型产品的优化设计提供数据支持。 With the development of high-speed railway construction toward southwest and northwest tunnels in our country,the conditions such as small curves and tunnel appearing in the prefabricated box girder erection.Therefore,Girder crane adapting small curves and tunnel is needed.According to the small curve condition,the metal structure of rear-leg is analyzed based on the Finite Element Method in this paper,the result has be validated in the practical application,and the partial stress concentration of structure is strengthened.At the same time,the calculation for the optimization design of the other products provides data support.
